Buying Wall Speakers on Ebay

In our previous post we discussed how to go your local department store and pick there brain a little on what to look for when buying invisible wall speakers.  You should have a list now of a few different brands as well as sizes and model numbers of the speakers that you are considering to purchase for your home theater.  You should have also jotted down the prices to have an idea of what you are going to pay.  We will now discuss how too buy and compare the prices of the invisible wall speakers that you are going to purchase.  First of all I will assume that you own a computer and have internet access.  If you don’t please leave!  This post will not help you.  For those that are still here go to ebay.com and in the search bar type in the first set of speakers on your list.  You will be conducting three searches for each individual speaker.  The first search will contain the model number of the invisible wall speaker,  the second will contains the size of the invisible wall speaker and the third search will be the brand of the wall speaker.  Why three different searches you might ask.  Well there is a really good answer.  People that list on ebay sometimes will list with one search term and leave the other out.  This will exclude your search if you put everything in the search bar.  When you do it my way you will get a large assortment of speakers and will probably be able to fins the cheapest one.  May people have been to ebay but they do not know how to search it properly.  I have found many deals on ebay just by searching the same thing in different ways and trying to think how many different ways someone might list the item that I was looking for.   After you have done three of these searches you should have found at least 3 or 4 that are much cheaper than best buy and circuit city.  How can this be?  Well Circuit City and Best Buy have a lot of over head that people selling on ebay do not have.  They probably don’t have the employee over head and the rent over head.  These factors can make a huge difference when buying invisible wall speakers for your theater.
